In order to maintain our above and beyond SAFETY and QUALITY of our services, there will be $4 environment fee each client during this time.
All work stations will be disinfected prior to open. All hard, non porous surfaces including the reception counter, phones, computers, door handles, etc. will be disinfected through out the day.
*Require $20 deposit on services under $100 and $50 deposit on services over $100 when being book on the phone or through via Facebook/Instagram messenger. Or you can book yourself in our online booking system. The deposit money will go towards your service.
*Please send us a picture of what you want after your appointment is booked through via Facebook/Instagram messenger or email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send the colour boards to you to choose your colour prior coming in to minimize touching surfaces.
* Please specify the type of service you require with any special add-ons so we can book the required time frame needed for your appointment booking. (eg. nail art, gel polish application, French polish, gradient/ombre polish etc)
*We ONLY allow limited people in the shop. Please let us know you're here then wait in your car 'til we call for you.
*NO MASKS-NO SERVICE . Please bring your own mask. If you need one, please let us know we can provide a disposable mask for you.
*Please use Hand sanitizer before entering, then wash your hands at least 20s with soapy water after entering.
*Your phone will be place in a bucket to LIMIT personal use. Masks CANNOT be taken off during service, so please NO FOOD/DRINKS.
*ONLY clients with appointment are allow in the store. No accompany allowed/ No kids.
*Please PUT your belonings in the car. Please ONLY bring your FORMS OF PAYMENT.
If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please keep all valuable items with you during your services.
Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to any products we may use for your services.
Our employees work as a team. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with your technician, please inform us and another team member can be made available to you.
Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment. We request a minimum of 24 hours of notice.
Please understand and keep in mind that when you forget or cancel an appointment without enough notice, this will leave our technicians with empty appointments and loss time. Unfortunately, that leaves us to turn away clients who could potentially fill in your reserved time frame. Therefore, as a courtesy to our salon, we rely on our clients to respect and honour their reserved appointment dates.
We reserve the right to update our policy as we see fit at any time.
We are going to extend 3 months for all gift certificates and member cards from June 12,2020.
The salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gift certificates have no cash value and therefore, cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
Expires 1 year from the date of purchased.
The salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in it's sole discretion.
All prices for provided services are subject to change without notice at the discretion of management.
